2. What data we process and why

E-mail and phone contact. If you write to us or call us, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number, content of the message) to reply and handle your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the request concerns entering into or performing a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. If you send an application to [email protected], we process the data in your CV and cover letter to carry out the recruitment, based on labour law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in connection with Art. 221 of the Polish Labour Code) and your consent for any additional data you provide (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep the data until the recruitment ends or, if you consent to future recruitment, until you withdraw that consent.

Server logs. Each visit is automatically logged by the server: IP address, date and time, the page visited and browser information. This is necessary for the security and proper functioning of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only as long as needed for this purpose and are not combined with other data.

The map in the footer is not loaded automatically. Only after you click "Show map" does your browser connect to the servers of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), which receive, among other things, your IP address and may set their own cookies. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you do not click, no data is sent to Google. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Who receives the data

Data may be received by entities that operate the website on our behalf: the hosting and technical service provider, and Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which protects the website and makes it faster and for this purpose processes, among other things, IP addresses. Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). After you click "Show map", Google also receives data (section 4).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
